Post-surgical work is the biggest single part of this
Knee and hip replacement, ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, rotator cuff surgery and spinal fusion each have their own rehab arc. The clinic's own line on it is that you should not settle for good enough after surgery, and the reviews that come back from total knee replacements are the ones that talk about range of motion, hard work and the specific person who kept pushing for it.
Fortify also runs a Total Knee Workshop for people who have surgery ahead of them rather than behind them.
