Dry needling
Thin filament needles into the myofascial trigger points that are actually driving the pain. Western neuromuscular science, not acupuncture. Thirty to sixty minutes on the table.
Dry needling is the treatment people drive across St. George for, and it is the one they ask about most. It is thirty to sixty minutes on the table, a pinch, an ache, often a twitch in the muscle that tells the therapist he found the right spot, and a day or two of soreness afterward that feels like a hard workout.
